明嘉靖二年陳鳳梧刻本 四周單欄（卷一少量四周雙欄） 白口 白雙魚尾 匡高26.0寬16.7公分.

十二行二十三字 雙行二十三字. Twelve lines, with twenty-three characters per line; also double lines of twenty-three characters per line.

原題:「成都唐慎微續證類，中衛大夫康州防禦使句當龍德宮總轄修建明堂所醫藥提舉入內醫官編類聖濟經提舉太醫學臣曹孝忠奉勅校勘。」陳鳳梧序云:「成化間巡撫山東都御史原公傑，得平陽善本，刻之臬司，其傳寢廣。然模印既久字畫汗漫，至不可辨。聖天子紀元之初鳳梧以謭陋承乏巡撫迺檄臬司訪舊本而重鋟之，閱歲而工始告成。凡為版一千三百四十有奇。是舉也，始其事者江憲使潮，中其事者吳憲副山，錢憲副宏，而終其事者潘憲使珍也。」卷內有:「譚瑩之印」、「元珍氏」、「栽杏堂」等印記。商輅(序)成化四年(1468)，陳鳳梧(序)嘉靖二年(1523).
