Significance: Wall construction: Brick. Size and form: 47'-5 1/2" x 62'-2". Number stories: Two. Porch: Two-story across front, brick paving at grade; second floor wood. Exterior openings, windows: Double-hung, upper sash fixed. Windows in front have round heads. Exterior doors: Front - double, 4-panels, with fixed, round head, glass transoms. Rear double door has 2 panels each half. Cornice: Wood, dentils missing, classic details. Roofing: Present corrugated iron replaced original wood shingles. Chimneys: Brick.
