Summary
Significance: Brick load-bearing walls, 20' x 120', front of white glazed brick, tripartite window with relieving brick arch. First floor partitioned into four shops; pressed metal ceiling. Second floor has two modernized apartments. First-floor storefront altered with permastone covering, modified window and door treatments. Currently occupied by Bill's Print Shop and Mitchell Pawn Shop. Built early twentieth century for a restaurant jointly owned and operated by H.M. Hoopes and A.A. DeBillion.
