He has won 10 out of his last 11 cases. He represented the government, and won, in the Sandy-Fox case last session, which involved the Five Civilized Indian Tribes vis the United States. He will defend the government in the Douglas-Willicutts case, in which Edward B. Douglas seeks a return of tax money from Levi M. Willicutts, Collector of Internal Revenue, 10/4/35
