Significance: The Pfau Manufacturing Company Building contributes to the industrial historic and architectural development of Norwood, Ohio. The Ohio Historic Preservation Office has determined that the building is potentially eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places under Criterion A for its association with the industrial development of the community. It has also been determined as potentially eligible under Criteria C as a good representative example of early twentieth century industrial architecture.
