Spring Street Bridge, Spanning Charles River between Dedham & Boston, Dedham, Norfolk County, MA
Summary
Significance: The Spring Street Bridge is one of only two known stone arch highway bridges having more than four arches, as identified in the Massachusetts Department of Public Works database. The bridge is situated on the boundary between West Roxbury in Boston and the town of Dedham, a heavily-traveled trade route sine the early-eighteenth century.
