Finland News Service, WAR ORPHANS OF FINLAND, Children of an orphan home at Viborg, Finland who know of American children because of the Junior Red Cross is helping them with food and clothing. They are dressed for one of the Finnish folk dances in honor of a visit of their American benfactors. Finland is making brave efforts to improve the health and environment of its children. Like several other European states that have won their freedom as a direct result of the recent world upheavel, Finland is working hard to consolidate her gains and build up her national life

These little girls are dressed after the manner of American children because it was from America that the warm clothing they are wearing came to them, by way of the Junior Red Cross
