Paper; thick, cream-color laid paper with vertical chain lines; no visible watermarks; small colored unwan on 1b; black ink with rubrication; text is enclosed in a single thin blue line; dampstaining to upper portion with no loss of text, however the unwan has been damaged and the ink smeared; black ink with rubrication; few notes and corrections in margins; catchwords on rectos.

Nastaʼliq; 13 lines in written area 10 x 6.3 cm.
