1998 Charles E. Peterson Prize, Entry
Significance: It was built in 1883 and served as living and working quarters for the telegraph operator. The present structure is a replica constructed in 1992 by the Denver Mile-hi Jeep Club. As part of the interpretation, 120 feet of track fronts a new wood platform.
