Courtroom in the J. Herbert W. Small Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, Elizabeth City, North Carolina

Built in 1906, the building is one of the finest Neoclassical Revival style federal buildings in the state of North Carolina. There was an addition in 1937. Architect is James Knox Taylor.
