The French and British ambassadors, Count Rene De Saint-Quentin, left, and Lord Lothian, respectively, leaving the White House today following a conference of more than an hour. The meeting 'cleared up some things in our minds' was the only statement the envoys would make to reporters. They also said the results of the conference would be made to their governments immediately
