House on fifty-seven acre farm rented by Edmond Williams. The house is banked with manure to keep out the cold. This is common practice in Iowa and the thickness of the manure bank is in direct proportion to the disrepair of the house. This is unusually thick. Tenant does not have to lease, but works on crop share plan. Iowa
