Launch, U.S. battleship "Kentucky"

View from the James River of the launching of the battleship Kentucky at Newport News, Va. Built by the Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Company, the Kentucky is launched shortly after the U.S. battleship Kearsarge on March 24, 1898.
