"Administration propaganda halts rise in prices of farm commodities." Washington, D.C. June 7. Speaking before the Senate Agriculture Committee today, Seantor Elmer Thomas of Oklahoma, assailed "propaganda" by administration officials which he said has worked to halt the rise in prices of farm commodities. He placed in the records copies of speeches by Secretary Wallace, Dr. Mordecai Ezekiel and Leon Henderson, government economists, which Thomas said, urged "Keeping Prices Low". 6/7/37
