Belgian horsemen welcomed. Washington, D.C., Oct. 15. A delegation, led by D.C. Commissioner Melvin Hazen, welcomed the Belgian Army Horse Show team today on their arrival in the Capital. The Belgians will compete in the Inter-American Horse Show to be held in Washington October 21-24. In the photograph, left to right: Col. Jonathan M. Wainwright, Commandant of Fort Myer; Lieut.
