Brigadier General William Graham Everson. General Everson recently appointed chief of the Militia Bureau, War Department has arrived in Washington to assume his new duties. His home is in Muncie, Indiana where he commands the 76th Brigade, 38th Division. In marked contrast to his army duties, General Everson is a Baptist Minister, having been ordained in 1901.
