Aviation leaders plan uniform laws. Leaders in the field of aviation from all over the country met in Washington today for the National Conference on Uniform Aeronautic Regulatory Laws. Maj. Clarence M. Young, Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Aviation, acted as chairman of the sessions. In the photograph, left to right, seated: Capt. Frank M.
