Slated for Dictatorship of Bureau of Air Commerce. Washington, D.C., Jan. 7. According to reports Fred D. Flagg, Jr., of Chicago, will be named to succeed Eugene Vidal as Director of the Bureau of Air Commerce, Department of Commerce. The talk is that the Bureau will be completely reorganized by Secretary Roper. The Report says that Vidal will be designated as a special representative of Secretary Roper for an eight week European tour to study aviation abroad and arrange for reciprical landing privileges for transatlantic flights

Washington, D.C., June 19. 2,000 delegates assembled in the Mayflower Hotel today for the formal opening of the 21st annual convention of the United States Junior Chamber of Commerce.
