Dante Electric Company, Bantam, Connecticut. Ed Shaughnessy is one of the oldtimers in Bantam. For many years he worked as a plumber in the nearby town of Litchfield, living in Bantam. He has been with Dante Electric Company for twelve years now. Ed has a son in the Army, and is more than anxious to do what he can to speed production. Here he is working on the largest machine in the plant--a 150-ton drop press, used for forming heavy terminals
