Shriners are often seen cavorting in tiny clown cars or even tricycles at local U.S. parades. But this member of Charleston, West Virginia's, Beni Kadem Shrine found even more imaginative wheels for the city's FestivALL Art Parade, in which theater groups, visual artists, dancers, street performers, art cars, music makers and local organizations parade down Capitol Street. The driver and his fellow "pilots" call theselves the "Flying Fezzes" a reference to Shriners' Ottoman-style felt bonnets
