The Kuban Government put a comfortable villa on a leading street of Ekaterinodar at the disposal of the American Red Cross for living quarters and Office. The maintanence of the personnel and their traveling expenses were met by the joint contribution of the Don, Terek, and Kuban governments, in compliment for the relief done in their territory. The dwelling of which the front door is here shown is typical of the building style in Ekaterinodar, French windows, ornamental masonry in white brick, colored tiles and a substantial style of structure
