Automatic time-teller, Washington, D.C., Oct. 3. Tired of searching thru maps and schedules whenever some one in the State Department wanted to know what time it was in Rio of Timbuktu, Samuel Boggs, the department's geographer, has devised his own automatic time-teller. It is rotating disk-like chart which tells at a glance the time of day and the day of the week in any part of the world. The world as it would look from the North Pole is charted on the disk and then divided into hour zones
