Appearing before the Senate Committee considering President Roosevelt's Government Reorganization Program, Col. W.B. Charges Indian Bureau officials sympathetic to communist front organization. Washington, D.C., Nov. 22. Alice Lee Jamison, representative of the American Indian Federation, today charged before the House Committee Investigating Un-American Activities that nine high officials of the Indian Bureau in the Interior Department are members of or sympathetic to an alleged communist front organization, She referred to the Civil Liberties Union which previous witnesses before the committee charged was a communist front group. Two of the nine officials have since left the government service, Mrs. Jamison said, and another has been transferred to the Department of Agriculture
