John Rogers, Executive Assistant to Joseph Eastman, Federal Coordinator of Railroads, since 1933, is the newly appointed Director of the Bureau of Motor Carriers in the I.C.C. He formerly was in the engineering department of Southern Railway. In 1917 he was in the I.C.C. in the Bureau of Locomotives and later in the Bureau of Locomotives and later in the Bureau of Service. His home is in Knoxville, Tenn., 8/17/35
