A classic carousel at the Mississippi Agriculture and Forestry Museum, better known locally as simply the Mississippi Ag Museum, a living-history museum with dozens of old and reconstructed old-time Mississippi structures in Jackson, the capital city of the state. The carousel, built in 1928 and located at the museum since 1988, features horses made of cast aluminum with unique painted scenes on each saddle. Each animal is sized for children's riding.
