Mich. Justice-elect gets new deal job. Washington, D.C., May 7. Thomas F. McAllister of Michigan was the victor in a state-wide election last April for an eight year term on the bench of the Michigan Supreme Court. McAllister starts his term next January, while he is waiting to take his position he holds the position of Special Assistant to the Attorney General Homer S. Cummings. He is the Chief Agent for the administration in sponsoring before congress the Presidential plan of "packing" the Supreme Court, 5/7/1937
