It must be the heat, Wash. D.C. Congressmen have been blinking into cameras since the opening of the session, Jan. 3, and now they have started "shooting" each other. This photograph shows, from the left, Rep. Gerald Boileau, Progressive of Wis.; Rep. Louis C. Rabaut, D. of Mich., and Rep. Paul Kvale, Farm-Labor of Minn. The Congressman with the candid camera was industriously banging away on the floor of the house when he was informed that he was breaking the rules. So he went outside, as the session was almost over anyway, 8/23/35
