U.S. Indian Service to use special first aid stretcher equipment on cars. Washington, D.C., Aug. 19. The first of seven small cars equipped with special first aid stretchers, recently purchased for use of the Bureau of Indian Affairs s in the field was demonstrated today to Dr. James G.
