A flashlight photo at 5:30 A.M. of part of the force (200 in all) going to work in Strickland Mill, Valdosta, Ga. A cold, foggy morning. Jan. 23, 09. Query: - are these youngsters "playing around the mill" at this time of day? A number of children even smaller than these did not get into photo.  Location: Valdosta, Georgia.
