Freeman, Bishop of Washington, dedicates a memorial stone contributed to Washington Cathedral by the Potomac Kasonic Lodge of Georgetown, the oldest Masonic Lodge in the country. Members of the fraterna' order attended in regalia as the ceremonies were a feature of the lodge's commemoration of the 140th anniversary of its founding
