description

Summary

Significance: 1327 N Street, NW, constructed ca. 1860, is among the older brick rowhouses remaining in the vicinity of Logan Circle. Although its original Italianate bay is gone, the setback of the main block of the house from the property line remains as physical evidence of its existence. The rowhouse is a contributing structure within the locally significant Greater Fourteenth Street Historic District.
