No rift here. Washington, D.C., July 6. It was Jack and Kim today as Vice President Garner and PMG James A. Farley, Chairman of the Democratic National Committee, got together at the Capitol. The pair were as chummy as turtle doves despite the fact that the V.P. is said to be on the outside as far as President Roosevelt's affections are concerned
