Berry, President Roosevelt's Coordinator for Industrial Cooperation, greets Secretary of Labor Frances Perkins, as she arrives to address the conference of Industry and Labor today in Washington. In her address, Secretary Perkins appealed to the industrialists present at the session to survey their employment needs, particularly with a view to placing men over 40 and heads of families
