Finalists in Young Republicans' oratorial contest draw for places. Washington, D.C., Nov. 1. Seven Young Republicans from scattered parts of the country, who will compete tonight in the finals of the Young Republican National Federation nationwide 15,000 dollar oratorial contest, were received by Chairman John Hamilton today at the Republican National Committee headquarters.
