V.P. back on job. Washington D.C. July 20. Appearing well rested from a vacation at his Texas home, Vice President Garner resumed his duties as presiding officer of the Senate today. With other members of the Senate, the Vice President arrived in Washington last night from Little Rock, Ark., where he attended the funeral of Senator Joseph T. Robinson. 7/20/37
