An Ideal "Rally" for Woman Suffrage

Reprint of New York Herald editorial notes that the "charming" suffrage gathering at Mrs. O. H.P. Belmont's Newport mansion was on a higher plane than the rioting mobs of British suffragists, the majority of women do not want to be involved in vulgar politics and permitting illiterate immigrant women to vote would be dangerous.
