Axis propaganda. This pamphlet, telling the story of the American airmen appears here in three of the many languages in which it has been translated. These pamphlets are distributed abroad to combat Axis propaganda, Elmer Davis, director of the Office of War Information (OWI), told newspapermen at his press conference on March 6, 1943
