明萬曆間刻本 左右雙欄 白口 黑單魚尾 原本版匡高22.0寬15.1公分；補：首葉目錄闕半葉.
十一行二十二字. Eleven lines, with twenty-two characters per line.
原題：「始興譚大初著」。初字宗元號次川，始與人。嘉靖十七年進士，官至南京戶部尚書，事蹟具明史卷二百零一本傳，及集後所附墓誌行狀。集內詩文，按年編次，始嘉靖十二年訖萬曆六年。按大初即卒於是年五月，蓋輯刻在其卒後。卷八有關葉，書賈因蠹去版心葉數，以朦混顧客，使人增恨。卷內有「時熙別字悔菴」一印.
