John Dill Store, 2 Market Street, Frederica, Kent County, DE
Summary
Significance: The Wootten Store is one of the earliest commercial structures still in use in Frederica. Erected by 1797, all subsequent deeds refer to a "store house" on the property. In 1873 additional land was purchased to provide space for an addition to the store.
