Summary
Significance: The O.W. Smith Building is a two-story, light green, painted brick building which is distinguished by its brick cornice and pilasters. It was constructed in 1902. / Brick, two-story, Type 5 heavy timber - warehouse. Rectangular, 130' x 51' - Type 5 heavy timber - warehouse. Brick cornice and pilasters. Concrete loading dock with wooden cover on Myrtle Street. Typical open warehouse - type 5 heavy timber construction with wooden floor. Original building plans not found. Concrete loading dock and wooden cover to be removed April 1988. Vacant - needs renovation.
