明萬曆間(1573-1679)凌濛初校刊本。朱墨套印。版匡上朱印眉批小字,行7-8字。高20.0, 寬13.9公分.
函脊題“琵琶記四冊全”。無書名葉。卷首額題“琵琶記卷一”,下署“元高東嘉填詞”。版心上題“琵琶記” 及卷次,下題每卷頁碼。卷前有即空觀主人凡例,西吳三珠生跋,版畫20幅,每幅有旁題。卷末有白雲散仙弘治戊午(11年,1498)序,此序當與西吳三珠生跋互換,疑重裝時誤.
