Qingliang Shan ling zhi : yi juan

Compilation of contents roughly from the Zhengde Period (1506-1521) to the Wanli Period (1573-1620); its twenty chapters are excerpted from the "Qingliang zhi" (History of Qingliang) from the Wanli Period; included is a picture of Manjusri Bodhisattva and a map of Wutai Shan; the postscript records the changes to Qingliang Shan zhi from the Tang Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty.

函脊題"清涼山靈志"。無書名葉。卷首額題"清涼山靈志"，下署"清楚南蒼梧釋心宗無念選輯"。版心僅題頁碼。卷前有文殊菩薩像，題"甘樂滄刊"，另有五臺山圖。卷末心宗跋云："清涼志者，唐初藍谷法師創集曰清涼傳，宋僧延一大師又為廣傳，而丞相張商英見諸神異復出續傳 ... 明正德間秋厓沙門細搜今古，倍益舊文，成二十卷，收採汎濫，未足可傳。逮萬曆 ... 於是芟繁勒為十門。雖盡善，抑亦不能廣施。有京都豹房衚衕法華寺僧官清璽瞿珍長老 ... 一日言及此志，選訂一冊，用廣見聞。瞿即慨然願梓，復囑以述緣由云。"則此書為摘選萬曆《清涼志》而成。全書無刻印年代，疑清中期刊本.
