Review of Horace Mann's two lectures : delivered in New-York, February 17th and 29th, 1852

This is a scathing attack on two lectures delivered by educator Horace Mann, entitled "Hints to a young woman." Among her other accomplishments, Ernestine Rose worked for passage of the Married Women's Property Act in New York. This act was passed in 1860.
