Salvage. Wool reclamation. Layers of reclaimed wool and virgin wool are blended in an Eastern wool-reclamation plant. Here wools of different colors are laid in layers of the same thickness before being fed into a mixing picker. Experimentation and improved processing permit the use of up to eighty-five percent of reclaimed wool in new cloths, which, in quality and strength, compares favorably with virgin wool fabric
