Terri Shuck has been doing hair for thirty-two years. She talks about how she started and the role her customers play in her life. She discusses her organizing and timing strategies for doing chemical treatments on multiple customers. Shuck also talks about what it's like living in Appalachia and debunks a lot of the stereotypes and assumptions about hillbilly culture.
