按是書相傳為尹真人弟子述其師說而作，舊藏唐新菴家，其甥吳之鶴為付剞劂。後版歸程氏，此即程氏滌玄閣印行者。閱其內容，的是明人作品，殆即之鶴所撰，而託之尹真人歟?之鶴歙人，倩名工黃伯符刻此書，圖繪尤生動，為徽刻之佳者。鄒元標(序)，佘永寧(序)萬曆四十三年(1615)，程于廷(序)天啟二年(1622)，吳之鶴(後序)萬曆四十三年(1615).
