A flying trip through Norway - Public domain document scan of drawing
Summary
Drawing is design for frontispiece of book. It shows Norwegian fisherman standing with their nets at the edge of a fjord shoreline. The sun comes up over the horizon and two fishermen point across the sea at it. A small village is nestled on the shore underneath the rocky hills that line the fjord. Taylor visited Norway in 1856 and 1857 after the death of his first wife.
