Canyon Bridge, North Rim Trail spanning Jay Creek, Lake, Teton County, WY
Summary
Significance: The Canyon Bridge and its predecessor provided vehicular access to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone via the historic road alignment. Spanning often-dry Jay Creek, the bridge continues to provide pedestrian passage along the North Rim Trail, and stands as a remnant of the work of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Yellowstone National Park.
