Mrs. Emma Guffey Miller, Democratic National Committeewoman from Pennsylvania and a sister of Senator Joseph Guffey, urged approval of the Burke Constitutional Amendment for Equal Rights for Women as she testified before the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee today.
