Wideman, Assistant Attorney General in the Tax Division, will represent the government in the first case to go before the Supreme Court in the new building, and he holds the honor of arguing the last case to be heard in the old Supreme Court quarters. He has won 10 out of his last 11 cases. He represented the government, and won, in the Sandy-Fox case last session, which involved the Five Civilized Indian Tribes vis the United States. He will defend the government in the Douglas-Willicutts case, in which Edward B. Douglas seeks a return of tax money from Levi M. Willicutts, Collector of Internal Revenue, 10/4/35
